Berry-Honey Jam

1 to 2 pints fresh raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries or any other berry combination

1 package pectin

1. Mash fresh berries and pulse in a blender with the pectin.

2. Add as much honey as you think it needs to be sweet enough, and blend again.

3. Store in the refrigerator.

Kitchen note: Make in small batches. Blender sizes vary. Do not overfill your blender.
