Take Ten: Wake up 10 minutes earlier than usual and move, stretch or walk. Do something small and doable. You can do anything for 10 minutes. Soon it will turn into 20, then 30 minutes.

Sunday Prep: Use Sunday to prep your food (grill chicken, cut up and store veggies) and plan your workouts for the week. Getting organized helps you stay on track.

Stand Up: Sitting is our enemy. Stand up and move around as often as possible, even if it’s for five minutes at a time.

Think Positive: You can control how you think. Enthusiasm breeds enthusiasm.

Fresh Start: Make resolutions for a new day or a new week, not just the new year. Reflect on how you can improve, then set your mind to it.
