Q: I know that Richard Harris played the wizard Dumbledore in two of the Harry Potter movies, but what other actors have played the character?

Harris, who died in 2002 of Hodgkin's Lymphoma at 72, portrayed Professor Albus Dumbledore in the first two Harry Potter films. Fellow Irishman Michael Gambon, 71, took on the role in the final six films in the series. Tony Regbo, 20, played the character as a youth in flashbacks in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.
