Irish soprano focusing on motherhood and teaching voice lessons
I would appreciate any information you can give me about Lisa Kelly of Celtic Woman fame.

The soprano, who eased out of the all-female Irish singing ensemble in 2011 for maternity leave and more recently announced she was stepping down permanently, relocated from Dublin, Ireland, and settled with husband Scott Porter (former CEO of Celtic Woman) and their four children in Peachtree City, Ga., where she opened the Lisa Kelly Voice Academy. ”It’s nice to have the kids in a more structured environment and be in a house,” she says. Kelly, 36, says she misses her Celtic Woman singing partners but is excited about the school, which offers classes for all ages.
