“I feel pretty strongly about animals,” says the country singing star, 47. “I follow my heart and I do what I can. Animals were my only friends when I became famous at 18. Animals saved my life.” Mom Naomi, 65, is also on the pet adoption bandwagon. She says, “My latest rescue dog is one of the joys of my life.” The Judds, who recently reunited for a tour for the first time in 10 years, allowed Oprah Winfrey to film their private and public lives for a docu-series, The Judds, that aired on the OWN network this spring.
