5 Rules for Kids’ Rooms

Kids’ bedrooms breed clutter. Use these “room rules” to keep it under control:

  1. Do not take food into bedrooms.
  2. Place all dirty clothes in a basket or hamper daily.
  3. Do not leave potentially dangerous items, such as balls, plastic building pieces and roller skates, on the floor.
  4. Put away toys no longer being played with before getting out something new.
  5. Straighten up the room before going to bed.
