I just love the TV show Medium. Please tell me more about the real-life medium, Allison DuBois, on which the show is based.

Arizona native DuBois, 33, the "research medium" on which the hit NBC-TV show is based, says she had her first paranormal experience at age 6. She adds that her grandmother and, now, her own three young daughters also share her gift. As an adult, DuBois spent four years being studied by scientists. But "they couldn't tell me anything more than I knew," she says. DuBois' work on missing-person cases and other crimes is detailed in her book Don't Kiss Them Goodbye.
