Mexican-born Ana de la Reguera, 33, a major star in Latin America, made her first American film, Nacho Libre, alongside Jack Black in 2006. She learned English at age 15 as an exchange student in New York and has lived in Los Angeles for four years. "I think it's great to be able to work both in Mexico and the U.S.," she says. "I never imagined that I would get to do that"—or get to kiss actor Hugh Jackman, which she did earlier this year in a Lipton Tea commercial.
