Eubanks, 53, parted ways with Leno after 18 years last year because, he says, “I felt like I wanted to play some more music and travel around the world again and see some things I missed seeing. It had nothing at all to do with not enjoying what I was doing.” In November, the jazz guitarist released his latest CD, Zen Food, and he is set to play April 8 at New Jersey’s Cape May Jazz Festival.
