The actor who plays Lincoln in the previews I’ve seen for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter looks familiar. Has he been in any previous movies?

Benjamin Walker, 29, stars in the title role in the new action-packed horror-thriller fantasy film, which weaves the 16th president of the United States into a world teeming with undead bloodsuckers. Walker, who had to drop 30 pounds to achieve the necessary Lincoln leanness, also played Honest Abe on Broadway in a 2010 rock musical, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, about the founding of the Democratic party. Among his most notable previous movie roles is his portrayal of Iwo Jima flag-raiser Harlon Block in Clint Eastwood’s Flags Of Our Fathers.
