What's going on with one of my favorite bands from my teen years, Blood, Sweat & Tears?

—Dwight White, Flint, Mich.

Blood, Sweat & Tears, known for its innovative style of combining rock with jazz in the late 1960s and early '70s on "You've Made Me so Very Happy," "Spinning Wheel" and "And When I Die," has remained a band in various incarnations throughout the years. Founding member, drummer Bobby Colomby, 67, who owns the name, guided the group in finding its recent lead singer, Jason Paige, 43. "He is absolutely incredible," says Dave Gellis, BS&T's guitarist for 27 years. "He has performed live or recorded with Michael Jackson, Ray Charles and The Scorpions, and he's the voice of the Pokemon cartoon theme song."
