Valastro, 33, is the owner of Carlo's Bake Shop, the Hoboken, N.J., bakery featured on the hit TLC reality series. A fourth-generation baker, he took over the family business at age 17 after the death of his father. Valastro and his wife, Lisa, are expecting their fourth child early next year. Meanwhile, he's been prepping for his new eight-week competition-elimination series on TLC, Cake Boss: Next Great Baker, which debuted Dec. 6.
