8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 (12-oz) roll Pillsbury Orange Sweet Rolls with Icing
2 Tbsp chopped pistachios
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and egg until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Unroll each orange roll. Stretch each dough strip to about 20 inches long, then cut in half crosswise. Lay strips side by side to form a rectangle on the baking sheet. Spoon filling in a 3-inch wide strip down the middle (A). Alternating sides, pull strip ends to the middle, overlapping slightly (B).
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Bake 22 to 30 minutes. Drizzle with icing while warm. Serves 8
