Watch for her in the new movie Edge of Darkness. She plays a young woman to whom Mel Gibson’s character turns for information after his daughter’s death. Scorsone’s role requires "a Bostonian dialect," says the Canadian-born actress, 28, who’s mastered "sounding American." "I have lost the [Canadian] ‘Eh,’ but when I go back to Canada, it starts popping up. My mother is from New York, and both of my parents speak many different languages. When you shift dialects, you can feel your perspective on the world changing."
