—Tom O., Kentucky
Both Cheryl Ladd and Jaclyn Smith continue to act, as well as pursue other endeavors. Ladd, 49, recently starred in the Lifetime movie Her Best Friend's Husband and played the title role in Broadway's Annie Get Your Gun. She sang in a band while in high school in Huron, S.D. Her first break in Hollywood came when she was hired to sing backup for the cartoon series Josie and the Pussycats. Ladd also writes children's books with her husband. The Adventures of Little Nettie Winship was the first in a series of books. She has one daughter from a previous marriage. Smith, a Houston native, appeared in so many television movies following Charlie's Angels that she was dubbed "Queen of the Miniseries" for a while. She still continues to act, most recently in the Lifetime movie Navigating the Heart. Smith, 54, has her own clothing line, sold at Kmart. She's married, with two children from a previous marriage.
