TNT’s new series “Cold Justice,” an unscripted “procedural drama,” follows two experts, Texas prosecutor Kelly Siegler and Las Vegas crime-scene investigator Yolanda McClary, as they work each week with local law enforcement authorities to crack small-town murder cases that have remained unsolved for years. The series premieres Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 9 p.m. Central.
