Actress Dana Delany, 47, has been filming a television movie titled A Time to Remember, which will air Nov. 23 at 8 p.m. ET on the Hallmark Channel. She also is finishing a movie called Spin, for which no release date has been set. Delany probably is best known to audiences for playing Army nurse Colleen McMurphy on China Beach, a role that earned her two best actress Emmys. She recently starred in the short-lived CBS drama Presidio Med, a medical drama about a group of San Francisco female doctors. Before that, she starred in the FOX nighttime soap opera Pasadena. Her movie credits include Tombstone and Housesitter. Delany was raised in Stamford, Conn., and knew early on that she wanted to act. She perfected her craft on daytime television and in the New York theater after graduating from Wesleyan University. The actress also is working behind the scenes. Delany produced, as well as starred in, the ABC movie Final Jeopardy. The project was the first in a series of films based on Linda Fairstein's novels.
