What can you tell me about Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Chin Ho Kelly on Hawaii Five-O?

Kim, 43, was born in Busan, South Korea, and grew up in New York and Pennsylvania. While working on the stage, he earned a master's degree in fine arts at New York University's Graduate Acting Program. Before his current role, he appeared in the films The Jackal, Hulk, Spider-Man 2, The Cave and Crash.
As for TV, he co-starred on Lost as Jin-Soo Kwon and played Tom Baker on 24. He also has starred on the London stage as the King of Siam in The King and I.
Kim spends most of his time in Honolulu with his wife and two sons. He says of Hawaii Five-O, "One of the nice things about our version is that it respects and pays homage to the original but also makes changes to kind of accommodate today's sensibilities."
