Q: Is there any truth to a Dawson's Creek movie being in the works?

While there is Internet buzz occasionally about a Dawson's Creek reunion movie by fans of the popular 1998-2003 teen series, at this point in time there is no script in the works.
However, if it should come to pass, Katie Holmes, 33, who played Joey Potter on the TV series, recently said that she would be up for it. "It would be fun," says the actress, currently starring with Adam Sandler in the movie Jack & Jill. "I had so much fun working on that show and I loved everyone so much and I think about it with such fond memories. A really great group of people."
That group included James Van Der Beek, 34, who has an upcoming series for ABC; Joshua Jackson, 33, one of the stars of Fringe; and Michelle Williams, 31, whose latest film role is My Week With Marilyn.
Holmes isn't by any means waiting around for a Dawson's reunion. The mother of 5-year-old Suri with hubby Tom Cruise recently starred in The Kennedys miniseries, the cop drama The Son of No One and the horror flick Don't Be Afraid of the Dark.
