The actress and former fashion model recently released a memoir, The Real Girl Next Door. "It's not a tell-all, but it's hopefully something that's inspiring. In a short period, I got divorced, had a heated custody battle, my mom was diagnosed and died from cancer, and I had horrendous press that affected my career negatively," Richards says. "I had a point in my life where I hit rock bottom and had to pick myself back up." Richards, 40, the mother of two daughters by ex-husband Sheen, will return this fall to her recurring role in the Spike TV series Blue Mountain State.
