Next time you need to divide round stock into equal parts, try this no-math method set to us by Club member Clay Steverson of Bartlett, Tennessee. First, wrap a strip of paper or masking tape around the stock and trim the material so that there is no overlap. Remove the strip from the stock and fold it into equal segments, depending on the number of sections you need. For example, if you need to divide the stock into four sections, fold the strip in half and then in half again. Finally, tape the strip back onto the stock and mark with a pencil wherever a fold appears.
