Cranberry Napkin Rings

Miss Information
These napkin rings from Kelley Wilson, mom of two and blogger at Miss Information, are simple and cute. Cut an 8-inch piece of wire, then string 12 cranberry beads (or real cranberries) on each one. With a pair of needle-nose pliers, twist the wire ends together. Snip the long ends and use the pliers to smash the knot flat. Tie on holiday ribbon to conceal the knot. See step-by-step photos here.
Perfect Place Setting

Home Made by Carmona
Craft paper makes an easy and inexpensive table cover. Personalize it with this idea from Ursula Carmona, mom of three who blogs at Home Made by Carmona. Lay strips of light-colored craft paper across the width of the table where guests will be seated. Using a metallic permanent marker, trace the outline of a dinner plate on the craft paper where you will set each plate. Inside the circle, trace the outline of a salad plate. In the outer ring, write the name of each guest. In the center circle, write a message sharing why you are thankful for that person. For added fun, trace the outline of cutlery where silverware will be placed. See instructions here.
Cultivate Creativity

Love the Day
Keep little ones entertained at the table with this turkey crayon box created by Lindi Haws, mom of two and blogger at Love the Day. Cut feathers, eyes and a beak out of construction paper. Glue feathers to the back of a French fry box, eyes and beak to the front. Fill with crayons and set out with Thanksgiving themed coloring sheets. See more here.
