Yes, Cristina Ferrare’s cookbook is titled “Cristina Ferrare’s Big Bowl of Love,” which contains 150 of her favorite dishes. “I break down the recipes and make them as simple as possible,” says the 63-year-old native of Cleveland, Ohio. “I try to relate to someone cooking for the first time. I don’t like to measure; I like to throw things in.” Ferrare, a supermodel in the 1970s, is today a mother of seven (she has two children with her current husband, Tony Thomopoulos) who cooks at home almost every day.
