The College of Eastern Utah’s Prehistoric Museum in Price (pop. 8,715), one of only five accredited museums in the state, showcases the area’s ancient past when dinosaurs roamed the land. The museum features complete skeletons from the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods, dinosaur eggs, and many interpretive exhibits, but it also showcases the remains of Utahraptor, discovered nearby by museum personnel.
