I haven't heard anything from the best singer in the world lately: George Jones. Is everything all right with him?

Jones, 80, remains in good health, and he plans to perform 70 to 75 shows by the end of the year. The native of Saratoga, Texas, and former U.S. Marine has seen more than 150 of his singles hit the charts and won Grammy Awards for "He Stopped Loving Her Today" and "Choices." Jones married his fourth wife, Nancy Sepulvado, in 1983 and sobered up for good following a car accident in 1999. Says the country legend, "I credit Nancy for saving my life. I am sure I wouldn't still be here, and I certainly wouldn't have a career anymore, if it wasn't for her."
