Tahj Mowry, 27, who was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, is in his second season of ABC Family’s “Baby Daddy,” a show he describes as a modern spin on the 1987 Tom Selleck movie “Three Men and a Baby.” The actor, who began his career at age 4 on “Who’s the Boss” and then played Teddy on “Full House” at 5, recalls his days on the 1997-1999 sitcom “Smart Guy” as 10-year-old genius T.J. Henderson as fun but challenging. “I had to look up the definitions of things I was saying to be sure I was saying them right,” says Mowry, who attends college part-time at Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif., majoring in merchandising.
