You can use regular all-purpose flour if you’re not concerned about eating gluten-free.
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flaked coconut
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 10-inch pie pan or baking dish.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender jar. Blend until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour. Let cool before serving.
