What can you share about British actor Peter Cushing? I loved his Hammer films.

Born in Kenley, Surrey, England, Cushing was famous for his many British horror movies, specifically as the characters Baron Frankenstein and Dr. Van Helsing. Among his credits are “The Curse of Frankenstein, Horror of Dracula” and “The Hound of the Baskervilles”, and he played Grand Moff Tarkin in “Star Wars.” He died of prostate cancer at the age of 81 in 1994. Cushing once said, “People look at me as if I were some sort of monster, but I can’t think why. In my macabre pictures, I have either been a monster-maker or a monster-destroyer, but never a monster.”
