Locklear, 51, is aboard the cast of TNT’s “Franklin & Bash” for its third season as trial lawyer Rachel King, a new partner in the firm of the title. It’s her first role as a TV series regular since 2009’s short-lived update of “Melrose Place,” on which she returned as Amanda Woodward. The Westwood, Calif.-born actress also appeared in the movie “Scary Movie 5” and guest-starred on several episodes of TV’s “Hot in Cleveland” last year.
