Honey-Caramel Popcorn

1/3 cup honey
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 individual package microwave popcorn, popped

1. Heat all ingredients in a small to medium saucepan until sugar is melted and mixture is bubbling around edges.

2. Drizzle over a large bowl full of popped, salted popcorn, and mix well. For a fun variation try forming popcorn balls while the mixture is still warm and sticky. Let them dry on a spread of wax paper.

Yield: Glaze covers 1 regular bag of popcorn or 2 single-serving bags
