Honey Lemonade

1/2 c. honey
1 quart hot water
4-5 medium lemons

Dissolve honey in a pot of hot water. Add fresh lemon juice and serve warm for a wonderful winter treat, or chill to serve during the heat of summer.

Yield: One quart
