How are teams are selected for “America’s Bible Challenge”?

For season two of GSN’s highest-rated original series, “America’s Bible Challenge” hosted by Jeff Foxworthy, more than 800 teams of three members applied either online or attended a casting call. From that number, 18 teams were chosen. Besides Bible knowledge, says casting producer Jada Bates, “We want great characters who have great personalities. Being passionate is the main thing—not winning the money for themselves, but winning for a charity.”
