Karolyn Grimes (Zuzu), 70, and Carol Coombs (Janie), 75, worked in other movies as adolescents but left show business behind before entering adulthood. Jimmy Hawkins (Tommy), 69, co-starred in the 1950s TV series Annie Oakley and later became a producer.
