The last time I heard the beautiful voice of Jennifer Warnes was on The Smothers Brothers Show. Is she still singing?

Jennifer Warnes, 58, recently released a new CD, The Well, which is available at her website, www.jenniferwarnes.com, where you also can write to her. The Seattle native, known for the hits (It's the) Right Time of the Night, It Goes Like This, Up Where We Belong and (I've Had) the Time of My Life (with Bill Medley), soon will release a song she recorded with acoustic guitarist Robert Michaels. She's also working on a possible album with Medley, her former duet partner. She hasn't performed since the death of her mother two years ago. "She was really my significant other," the never-married Warnes says. "For many years I took her on the road with me and she got her fun following me around. Since she passed away, I haven't really wanted to sing."
