Jimmie, older brother of the late blues guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan and co-founder of Texas-based blues-rock band The Fabulous Thunderbirds, reprises his Grammy-nominated 2010 solo release with a second helping of deep-dish cover songs close to his musical heart. Vaughan’s crackling lead guitar does the driving on “Cry Like A Baby,” the obscure Hank Williams track “I Hang My Head And Cry,” Webb Pierce’s country classic “I Ain’t Never” and 11 other, less familiar-sounding tracks plucked from his well-stocked vault of genre-spanning favorites.
