Is John Rhode, winner of The Biggest Loser, worried about gaining back the 220 pounds he lost?

—Karl Osterhaus, Valencia, Calif.

Rhode, 41, says he knows he is at risk for packing the pounds back on, especially since trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince expressed their concern that he might do just that. "I appreciate their honesty. I need to be aware it's a possibility," admits the Mesa, Ariz., football coach and special ed teacher. So Rhode is doing his best to prevent it.
