Yes, indeed. Mathis, 75, is in the midst of his 55th anniversary tour. Last year he ventured into country music, inviting Vince Gill and Alison Krauss to sing on his most recent album, Let It Be Me: Mathis in Nashville, which was released in September. In his free time, the Los Angeles resident enjoys playing golf, which he does nearly every day that he is not traveling. He’s also a gourmet cook.
