Judge Myron Bright, 92, of Fargo (pop. 90,599), is the longest serving and working judge of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Appointed by President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1968, Bright has considered more than 6,000 cases. He was born March 5, 1919, in Eveleth, Minn. (pop. 3,865).
