What can you tell me about the star of the TV show Miss Guided? She's wonderful! Has she been in anything else?
—Jan Andine, Carson City, Nev.

You're not the only one who thinks Judy Greer, the star of the ABC comedy sitcom about a high school guidance counselor, is terrific. But her efforts weren't enough to keep the show afloat—it was canceled after only seven episodes. Born in Lavonia, Mich., Greer, 32, studied ballet before landing her first TV role in the late-'90s series Early Edition. She went on to appear in nearly 40 movies, including Three Kings, 13 Going on 30, The Village, 27 Dresses and Elizabethtown, and dozens of TV shows, among them Two and a Half Men, Arrested Development and My Name is Earl.
