How does producer Mark Burnett find time to spend with wife Roma Downey, of Touched by an Angel fame, and their kids? He produces so many shows that he must be traveling all the time.

Burnett, 51, executive producer of shows including Expedition: Impossible, The Voice, Survivor and The Celebrity Apprentice, delegates many tasks to his staff. As hard as it may be to believe, he says, “I am home all the time. If I have missed a dozen dinners in six years with my family, it would be amazing. We sit around the dinner table and pray every night and have dinner together.”
When the London-born Burnett treks to the location of shows such as Expedition: Impossible and Survivor, he tries to take his family. “In the last 10 years, I have convinced Roma to become a certified scuba diver in open water. Roma can propel down cliffs, and she is training right now to climb mountains. “I don’t want the people I love—or me—to live a life without the ups and downs of adventure.”
