The song is “Mele Kalikimaka,” Hawaiian for “Merry Christmas,” and the singer is Bing Crosby, accompanied by the Andrews Sisters. Incidentally, speaking of songs, “Christmas Vacation” is the only one of the four “National Lampoon Vacation” flicks that does not feature the “Holiday Road” theme by Lindsey Buckingham.
