The North Dakota Telepharmacy Project is a pioneer in telepharmacy, in which a licensed pharmacist at a central location supervises registered technicians at remote sites via video conferencing. The pharmacist can communicate face-to-face in real time with the technician and the patient through audio and video computer links.
