Cola Brisket
1 large sweet onion, peeled and cut into thin wedges
1 (31/2-pound) beef brisket, trimmed and cut into halves
1 cup cola
1 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
1. Place onion in a lightly greased large slow cooker and top with brisket. Whisk together cola, chili sauce and soup mix in a medium bowl. Pour over brisket. Cover and cook on low 7 hours or until meat is tender. Shred with two forks and serve warm. ServeS 8
