Would you give me some highlights of Roma Downey's life and career? She's one of my favorite actresses.

Roma Downey can be seen weekly in Touched by an Angel on CBS. Downey, 41, was born in Northern Ireland and earned a bachelor's degree at Brighton Art College in England. She then attended the London Drama Studio. Downey toured the United States with Dublin, Ireland's Abbey Players in a production of The Playboy of the Western World and was nominated for the Helen Hayes Best Actress Award in 1991. Before her Angel role, she was probably best known for her portrayal of Jackie Kennedy in the miniseries A Woman Named Jackie. Film credits include The Last Word and Devlin. In 1999, she released Healing Angel, a spoken-word and Celtic music album. She lives in Utah, where her series is filmed, and has a young daughter.
