Yes, Egypt Sherrod is the host of Property Virgins for its new season, but only because Rinomato voluntarily left to work on a new show.
The Canadian property expert posted the following statement to explain her departure to her fans: "After 130 episodes and 10 seasons, I have chosen to give up Property Virgins in favor of my new show called Buy Herself. We are currently in production for HGTV Canada and are scheduled to premiere in March 2012. I hope that the show will get picked up for the U.S. territory as well, since I have such devoted fans!"
Sherrod, who gave birth in January to a daughter with husband Mike Jackson, is a New York City radio personality, the former host of Home Delivery, a former correspondent on Maury and the voice of Premiere Radio Network's "Synopsis" entertainment report on Live in the Den.
