With Sarah Drew pregnant in real life, will her character be pregnant on Grey's Anatomy?

—Sylvia Stone, Niagara Falls, N.Y.

No. There have been a lot of babies on Grey's Anatomy recently with Callie (Sara Ramirez) giving birth to a daughter and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) adopting, following Meredith's miscarriage.

Besides, there is no way that Dr. April Kepner could be pregnant. "They want to play out the virgin storyline," says Drew, 31 and the daughter of a Presbyterian pastor. "They are going to hide it." So Drew will be disguising her baby bump behind gurneys and medical charts.

She says, "I am the fifth actress to get pregnant on Grey's and the fourth for them to hide it. Every single year for the past three years someone has been pregnant. They know what they are doing."
