Q Whatever happened to Sha Na Na, specifically singer Johnny?
—Delores Glass, Fuquay Varina, N.C.
Now in its 37th year, the 1950s revival band Sha Na Na still has three of its original members, Screamin' Scott, Donny and Jocko, and performs about 60 times a year. "I still love it," Jocko says. "We have a rocking band and we leave our audience standing in the aisles." The group released a new album, One More Saturday Night, in June. Johnny Contardo sang with Sha Na Na (which took its name from a line in the 1957 Silhouettes hit "Get a Job") for 13 years, then recorded two solo albums and went into the advertising business. Last year he recorded a Christmas album and started to perform again as a solo act.
