Hollywood’s greatest child star appeared in several “shorts” before making her feature-length film debut in The Red-Haired Alibi in 1932 at the age of 4. She rocketed to stardom in 1934 in Stand Up and Cheer!, Little Miss Marker and Bright Eyes and was the box-office champion from 1936 to 1938.
