My wife and I have been debating about the voice of Looney Tunes cartoon character Elmer Fudd. I say it was done by Otis from The Andy Griffith Show. She thinks it is Mel Blanc.

You're both correct. When the original "Egghead" character evolved in 1940 into Elmer Fudd, the hapless "twacka of wabbits," he was voiced by radio comedian Arthur Q. Bryan. Bryan was succeeded by Mel Blanc and later actor Hal Smith (Otis on The Andy Griffith Show). Fudd speaks today via the vocals of Billy West of Ren and Stimpy
