Nobody could sing a Waylon song like the late, great Waylon Jennings. But this group of country and Americana artists serves up a mighty fine tribute with their versions of some of his finest, including “Good Hearted Woman,” “Just to Satisfy You” and “Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way?” In addition to Alabama, Trace Adkins, John Hiatt and Kris Kristofferson, Jennings’ son Shooter and wife Jessi Colter also join in, and Jennings himself carries the tune on “Goin’ Down Rockin’,” built from a rough demo track that he never completed.
